ust because I am interested in this sort of thing…how did you get your hands on old hospital records?
The person who was born (and whose mother’s name is Photoshopped out of the receipt) got the record from his own mother.
Which, according to this CPI calculator, works out to about $547.71 in 2008 dollars.
