That looks delicious! I was inspired by your first attempt at bagel making and gave it a try myself. My bagels turned out okay, edible at least, but I learned a lot and it was a fun experience.

My second attempt at bagels worked out better than the first, but I’d still like a harder crush and a chewier inside. Practice is the only antidote!
