Perhaps this is the sort of thing that the Virtual Charlottetown money should have been used for?

Once every cafe has wi-fi and everybody in a cafe is e-mailing someone else in a cafe, then can we all agree to turn everything off and talk to the interesting looking people sitting next to us? I heard people used to do that back in the Weimar.
