Bruce Cockburn in Summerside

Bruce Cockburn is playing the Jubilee in Summerside on July 5. I saw him perform at Hamilton Place about a decade ago — an amazing concert. If you are a fan (and shouldn’t you be?), this is a concert not to miss. We’re in A19 and A20.

Somebody give Bruce a rocket launcher, he’s an angry Canadian mountain goat.

I have a buddy who’s a big-time Christian evangelist & counts Leonard Cohen & Bruce as some of his fav musicians… Bruce I can understand, sort of… Cohen takes a bit of a stretch though.

Just don’t give Leo B. a rocket launcher, he’s in the media enough already!

Hey thanks for the heads-up. My wife and I are behind you in A20 and 21. These are good seats, the reflection from the guitar doesn’t blind you. I have seen him twice and consider myself a huge fan. One of my students gave me a 5 foot by six foot poster of Bruce which hangs in my classroom at Bluefield High School in PEI. I sure no other physics/chemistry teacher in the world has one! HA!

See you at the show.

Lloyd here again. Sorry I made a mistake. We are in B20-21.

Wouldn’t it be great to have Bruce and his assistant as guests. He could relax before heading out to BC. My kids would have something to remember for the rest of their lives. My 9-year-old daughter made me laugh once when she said she would like to ask him to make up words for “Train in the Rain.”
