Charlie—Chuck is what he went
Charlie—Chuck is what he went by then—was active in the Catholic Worker movement when I was in my 20s and out circles overlapped a little. He’s a good person.
He also, in an unrelated development, wrote the introduction to the biography of my great-grandfather.
