Ritchie Simpson, wise counsel to the company, said about the new design of this space “simple and clean is good, but that’s too simple and clean.”
And so I’ve made some minor modifications to the place — a return of the brazen yellow, albeit in reduced form.
I trust the result will not offend too many in the readership.

Better - the previous design
Better - the previous design was without a title, leaving the current post title looking like the site title (and who wants to read a website called “Tims + Scotland”?).

The yellow returns! A triumph!

I can dig flushing everything
I can dig flushing everything once in a while, scouring the sink, then trickling the faucet to see which drops are really trying to avoid the drain. Still, the 20-pound bond look may have crossed-over from minimalist to anti-design. When you’re one of the few who gets #fc0 to work, giving it up sacrifices loads of identity; this is a nice waypoint. Maybe title attributes on the nav links? Minimalism makes some folks nervous, afraid to click. Don’t ask me why. (Also: strip_tags I see. A shame, but what can you do?)
Interesting that the top
Interesting that the top query bringing people to your site is “sex with dogs”! ???
Its kind of seasonal eh?
Its kind of seasonal eh? White and Yellow.
Of course the real question
Of course the real question is why are they looking? and who ever thought there would be so many of them?
Slightly off topic but
Slightly off topic but germain nonetheless… the more I look at your logo for reinvented the more convinced I become that it is by far a more appropriate domain and business for what you actually do with yourself on a daily basis. Imagine if you were still DigitalIsland.Com… you’d never be getting the kinds of exchanges you get these days; and I’ll bet you really wondered if reinvented was a “better place” or not and what that meant to the deal you felt had to be done. -just a thought
Looks good Peter.

A way to browse through old
A way to browse through old posts would be a nice addition. I was trying to track down an older post, so I had to spend a bit of time guessing the ID of an old post in the URL.
I like seeing the yellow back
