I believe what you’ve got there is a “tricycle” (or even “trike”). “Three-wheeled bicycle” rolls off my tongue like a square circle.
Think “three wheeled-bicycle” in the same way that a “purse” becomes a “courier bag” when men use it.
We could compromise and call it a “chopper.”
Looks to be a very similar build to the Bixi bikes in Montreal, perhaps a bit lighter and with an extra wheel.
