Cold Dark Mars

Peter Rukavina

Try this: go out and get a Mars Dark chocolate bar (in a pinch you can settle for a regular Mars). Take it home and put it in the fridge. Wait a few hours. Eat. It’s a completely transformed chocolate experience.

I’ve long been a fan of cold chocolate bars - for some reason the time in the fridge does wonders.

Also, frozen butter tarts are at least 100% better than at room temperature.

Try the freezer with the mars bar - it nearly cracks your teeth, but all the flavours come out 1 by 1 as they warm in your mouth.
