Once you get the hang of making tracks using the on-line applet, give JOSM a try. It is much more powerful and performance is superior because the editing is local.

Province House, a relatively important building in Charlottetown, appears to be labelled as “Queens Square”. I assume the label is for the entire square area, and the building is unlabelled. Also, I believe the correct name is “Queen Square”, not “Queens” (http://www.city.charlottetown….

Speaking of other important buildings, where is SilverOrange HQ and the QSC?

The issue with Queen[s] Square vs. Province House is simply competition for label space: the centre of the square and the centre of Province House are both in the same location, and the OpenStreetMap label algorithm, at least for the Mapnik version of the map shown here, appears to allow park names to trump building names.
