At least there is a sign which is not the case at several intersections in Spud City where street signs are absent, because according to the head of Public Works the city is so destitute it cannot afford to buy replacement signs. As well Keep Right signs have been missing in action for several years at several traffic islands in North River Road and Water street by the old train station. When this is mentioned to the appropriate authorities nothing ever happens which seems to be an endemic problem at City Hall.
