Official Thoughts on 96 Fitzroy Street

Peter Rukavina

Planning Board was (partly) in a agreement too. The Board’s recommendation to council is to deny the application, mostly based on the zero setback between the new building and 86 Fitzroy. The height did not seem to be a problem with the majority of the Board.

Peter shows signs of a NIMBY attitude. Read any of his posts and you’ll see that he is against any development near him. Thus, Peter is hurting the Island economy. Thanks Peter and anyone else against development for such minor issues. Its people that this that hurts the Island economy and sends our kids out west.
