Peter, the biggest bibliographic database votes for Amazon’s record. OCLC WorldCat says that the ISBN you note is for the hardback of the shooting script. 7 OCLC libraries own this so far: 6 American public libraries, and 1 Canadian universoty library (U of Calgary).
No library has catalogued the plush toy yet.
