Guy has a great story about Amazon.com customer service.

My first attempt at on line shopping was a book order from Amazon which never arrived. That’s about six years ago so I’m sure they’ve worked hard to get where this story puts them.

My second attempt was a case of WhoopAss Cola (thought it would be amusing to give out bottles of WA to friends who helped with the IP number thing a few years ago). It never arrived either.

And — ! — I didn’t check either bank statement to see if I actually paid for them.

Since then I’ve purchased on line three times successuflly (guaranteed ludite 4ever).
