A year after it closed in its first incarnation it looks like the Town and Country Restaurant in Charlottetown has closed in its second: there are ‘For Rent’ and ‘For Sale’ signs on the building, and it’s closed for business.
The asking price is $380,000; here’s the real estate listing.

Too bad they didn’t try
Too bad they didn’t try waiting it out until the new office building opened up right next door, not to mention the other two new office buildings.
When I was there this summer
When I was there this summer for a few days, I walked past that place everyday, it never seemed open. I think one day out of the week I was there it was open.
