I had a discussion about this on Monday evening with your councillor. According to her inquiries about this issue last year, adjusting our town clock is not a simple process. I have no idea why. While we were standing under the clock, we also took the opportunity to gripe about the crossing signal on Kent/Queen, which I know is a peeve of yours too. Sometimes it’s most difficult making the little things happen at city hall.

On the website at Electric Time, maker of the clock, is a description of what I assume is the Charlottetown clock’s controller, the “Type 99B Clock Controller.”
The description says that the controller “Automatically resets clocks for daylight savings time (if required).”
Is ours broken, misconfigured, or do we not have this option installed?
