I’ve switched to using Adium as my instant messaging Swiss Army Knife of choice. But I couldn’t figure out how to close the tabs that appear in the “each chat in its own tab” Adium window. You can also use the almost universal OS X keyboard shortcut CMD-W to close the current window (and in tabbed enviroments, the current tab).

Thanks for posting that! I just felt like a total moron trying to figure it out for about 15 minutes. I agree, it is very slick, but way too subtle.

Does anyone know how to turn this method of closing tabs off? I keep closing tabs by accident and am getting frustrated. Thanks
