New entrant into the Canadian mobile phone business, Virgin Mobile Canada has expanded their coverage to include almost all of PEI.

I can only assume that they are using Aliant’s towers with that kind of coverage..But oh well, same cellular service as aliant, less suck then aliant…It is possible..it seems.
