I’m doing some experimenting with Nokia’s Mobile Web Server application, and so, at least while I’m within wifi range, you should be able to visit ruk.mymobilesite.net, which will connect you to the web server running on my phone.
Once you’re there, you can ask me to take a picture, find out whether I’m on the phone, send me a text message, and more. The site has an RSS status feed that will tell you whether I’m online or offline.
I’m headed out to lunch with my webserver now, so we’ll see what happens…

Wow… that “Take a Photo” thingy is a little scary. Don’t take your phone to the toilet with you or leave it on your bedside table!
The “Take a Photo,” like all of the other “mini-applications” on the mobile website, can be turned on or off. And in the case of the “Take a Photo,” I can switch it to a mode where I get a pop-up request for a photo, which I can accept or deny.
What you don’t see on the public mobile site is that my calendar, contacts, text messages, photos, podcasts and music are also exposed through a web interface, albeit one that requires that I sign in.
