On Christmas Day 1995 my father and my grandmother — 80 years old at the time — played a duet on the guitar and mandolin. My brother Steve, then a journalism student, had a video camera and recorded them to VHS tape. I found the tape in my attic 17 years later, digitized it, extracted the audio, and this is the result.
