The idea of a /friends page came via an email from Nick Gray, who describes it as “a page on your site where you link to the people you like and follow.” Shades of blogroll or FOAF, but less automated and more human-readable. I’ll build this page thoughtfully over the next while, adding a person here and there.
Pete Livingstone
I met Pete many years ago in Copehagen where, with his partner Nina Kareis, he is Livingstones Kabinet. We were introduced by my Øresund friends Olle and Luisa. In the time since, I’ve remained peripherally aware of what Pete’s been up to via Luisa and Olle; more recently I’ve been happy to hear from him directly via his blog, Pete in Copenhagen.

There are many salient facts about Thelma, one of which is that we are the same age. Thelma blogs at her self-titled blog, and I find myself favouriting almost every post, as the Venn of our interests has considerable overlap: we are interested in the details of the immediate world around us, in things that can be measured, in learning how to fix everyday things.
