Just a reminder to PEI-based readers: if you pay your Provincial Property Tax in installments, your latest installment is due today (November 30, 2005).

Yes you can. Just sign on to your online banking, and click on “Add payee” (or something similar) in your Payments section. Put “province of pei” in the name search, and from the two returned tax choices, select the option for Property Tax. You will then be prompted to add your account number from your property tax bill (“YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER IS LOCATED IN THE PARCEL NUMBER SECTION OF YOUR BILL.”). Click through until the account is setup.

After setting up your account, go to your bill payment section to setup your payments, being sure to select the appropriate tax bill if you have setup more than one property. I set all my payments with the appropriate future dates when I get my tax bill, so that they are paid automatically on the due date.
