Elderflower Farm sells pear sauce at the Charlottetown Farmers’ Market. Why hasn’t pear sauce ascended to apple sauce’s equal? It’s very good.
Maybe your question is rhetorical, but when I thought about it, I realized that I just assumed pear sauce was a thinner sauce to pour over something else. Good to correct my thinking. Sounds like a few tiny crystalized ginger chips would be a great topping.
