I was very happy to see a DIY bicycle repair stand in Joe Ghiz Park: all the tools you’d need for a trailside repair, including an air pump.
It was only after reading the instructions that I realized I’d strung up my bike in a way other than as intended (which is by the seat post). But I got air in my tires, so I’m happy.

I'm installing one of those at the new Summerside library in the coming weeks. Very useful, especially when the bike is oriented properly. I've installed over a dozen in Halifax too (not all Dero models though). https://cyclehalifax.ca/halifax-bike-facilities-map/
