There’s going to be a very low tide at 8:25 p.m. tonight in Charlottetown.

Does the world really need a new computer system for this problem or just the ability to read a tide chart and chart of a harbour?
The issue is not the preditable, chartable tide information, it’s that information plus atmospheric information (barometric pressure, etc.). You can’t chart that because it’s dynamic.
Gotcha — so it is like the reverse of the extra high tides which have flooded downtown Charlottetown.
