The [[Formosa Tea House]] is opening a third location sometime in August at 231 University Avenue in Charlottetown. They’ve purchased the house — beside Bowlan’s Electronics — and renovations are well underway. I dropped by this afternoon for an early look:

Yes! Great news Peter. I was very concerned some developer would purchase this property, tear down this house, build an big ugly square apartment building, and pave everything around for parking (just like across the street). This neighborhood can go many different directions, and I think this is a positive step.
