I think it will be interesting to see how the federal minority government operates in light of all the discussion regarding proportional representation.

I’ve always been under the impression that minority/coalition-type governments are common in countries that use some type of proportional representation. Maybe the new federal environment will shed some light on the debates that have taken place regarding an overhaul of the electoral system. In short, take the opportunity to see if you like what happens, because it might be similar to what you’d get if you changed things around a bit electorally speaking.

The only way to get through such a boring event, is to stawg your face full of pistachio nuts and stuffed grape leaves. Thanks Peter for the making such a boring time less so.

Grape leaves? Is this Rome or Charlottetown?

I love Canada, we announced the election and settled it months after the Americans started and months before they finish theirs.

Well done!
