Contest Over -- Moses Wins

The epic contest is over, and my loyal readers were only half successful at detective work. I thought it would be so easy! The inestimable Dave Moses guessed right that Correspondent #2 was radio mogul Matt Rainnie. But nobody was successful at Correspondent #1: graphics goddess Kate Westphal. Dave’s hat is on its way west.

It’s just occurred to me that the headline for this thread is probably similar to a headline in Egyptian newspapers some 33 centuries ago.

Or, if the newspaper article was about Goliath’s struggle, it could be “Contest Over: David Wins”…which would amount to be same thing.
