What’s the story Peter? CBC accepts ads, the military advertises… and now the military is advertising on CBC.

I think it’s good that the CBC doesn’t air “advocacy ads.” I think the Armed Forces ad is an “advocacy ad.” I don’t think the Government should be able to run ads that say “joining the army is great” on news pages that discuss what the army is doing.
