And… why does Canada have a droopier ‘r’?
Maybe it’s the upside down exclamation mark of Spanish and a desire not to alienate the large number of US Spanish speakers?
We exclaim because it took so damn long to get decent cable TV. And at my age, I have nothing to say about droopy r’s — except I got one.
