There are non-Mcdonalds food options in the entrance of the Media Center. They appear to have cases upon cases of Red Bull. What is Red Bull, anyway? There are also salads, breakfast cereals, and what looks like fruit salad.

Red Bull, a caffeinated
Red Bull, a caffeinated beverage illegal in Canada. I’ve never had it, so no idea what it tastes like.
I believe they sell Red Bull
I believe they sell Red Bull at Interlude. I’ve been too afraid to try it there. Perhaps it is contraband?
Red Bull markets its
Red Bull markets its eponymous functional energy drink in more than 70 countries. The nonalcoholic drink contains the amino acid taurine, B-complex vitamins, caffeine, and carbohydrates - not bulls testicles, or any other rumored ingredients. Red Bull claims that the body needs more taurine than is produced during physical exertion. The drink has grown quickly, capturing about 70% of the worldwide energy drink market. Austrian Dietrich Mateschitz founded Red Bull in 1987 and owns 49% of the company. Although the company originated in Austria, the recipe for Red Bull is said to come from Thailand.
I think if you have more
I think if you have more caffine, Peter, you are going to start seeing little dancing Dave Winers like in a Flintstones - stay off the Red Bull.
Red Bull tastes just like
Red Bull tastes just like cream soda. A pleasant discovery for me, since I’m a big fan of cream soda and it can’t be had for love or money here in Hungary. Some research suggests that taurine might be harmful, other studies show that it may actually be good for you (cats need it to prevent heart disease). It supposedly gives you a bigger boost than caffeine, but I suspect it’s all viral marketing for something more or less inert.
The PBS television program
The PBS television program Nightly Business Report closed the Monday evening show with a reference to Fleet Center’s bathroom situation. Supposedly there are only 20 porta-potties for all journalists.
Say it ain’t so.
