Overheard this morning at the corner of Queen and Kent in downtown Charlottetown, two parking enforcement cops chatting about broken parking kiosks:
Cop One: That one up there is broken.
Cop Two: You mean that one with all the tree sap on it?
Cop One: No, that’s another one.
