Peter Rukavina

The Michael Apted films 7up, 14up, 21up, 28up, 35up and 42up are airing this weekend, in repeating series, on the Documentary Channel. I’ve never seen any of them before, and I find them quite compelling: they follow the same group of British children from 7 to 14 to 21, and so on, the latest series filmed when the original 7 year olds were 42.

I loved this documentary series and have wondered if there will be a 49up (or is it already past time?)

loved this series and have watched all through. really interesting to see how their lives evolve. shame some of them no lon ger take part but they must have their reasons.will look forward to 56 if there is one. It does seem that the children with the private and public school education survive the best there is obviously there is still a need for these schools despite the governments views.
