There is a bit of an annex to the service station called the Red Shack takeout and the cook (who, according to my aunt, is rumoured to have been the chef at Dalvay last year) has all kinds of treats like lamb burgers, excellent french fries and, on Saturdays, makes bar-b-q ribs that usually sell out.
