Saskatoon, Capital of Canada

According to the Starbucks website, Saskatoon, SK is the capital of Canada.  I know this because I visited said website looking to see if there are any WiFi-equipped Starbucks stores in Canada.  There are not.  But I was shown this helpful map of the country, showing what appears to be a Starbucks outlet on the shores of Hudson Bay (or perhaps it’s the local Red Cross office?)
