and Penny loves him! - there was actually a huge debate a couple of years ago when there was talks that he should be “curious George” instead of “Peter Pedal”… Peter Pedal won ! - luckily =)

In Sweden he is called Nicke Nyfiken (nyfiken is curious in Swedish, Nicke is a diminutive of Niklas).
