Oliver wrote me an email last night from his grandparents. He signed it “love your sun.” How right he is. Tears in my eyes.

We used to refer affectionately to P. as “Our Glorious Leader.” Now that we have daughter and a son and especially now that they can talk we are more circumspect.

A screenshot of that would be exactly what would’ve spiced up Tor N’s dinner talk. In my mind, it now does, and his talk is so much better for it.
