PEI should have more Tim Bankses. What many others have done behind closed doors, protected by friendships and influence, with our money; he manages to do out in the open with his own money. And when our money is involved we’re well informed in advance rather than blackened out pages received from, so-called, _Access_ to Information Legislation (for those brave/dumb enough to issue a request).
